My name is Teresa Allen. I am married to one of the sweetest men that God has ever created. His name is Danny Allen and he is truly my best friend and fellow servant in the Lord. We were married on February 1, 1998 at our home church, Benson Grove Baptist Church. I can honestly say that I am married to my best friend. We are so very blessed to be called by God to share the precious Gospel of Jesus Christ as a couple.
My sweet husband Danny loves serving the Lord with joy as much as I do! As I stated earlier, we are a ministry team! While Danny lets me do most of the talking...he is my biggest cheerleader and prayer warrior AND has been known to play a song or two on the piano! The Lord has gifted him with the ear for music and what sounds right and what doesn't!
We have two grown children: one son Jason Allen, who is married to Emily and one daughter, Nicki Helms (Williams), who is married to Allen Williams. Jason and Emily have one son, Connor, and Nicki and Allen have one son, "A.J." and a brand new baby girl, Lyla, born February 4, 2010!

We also have one son, "B.J.", who went home to be with the Lord in 1993 when he was only 3 years old. He is waiting for us in Heaven. We thank the Lord for our precious gift of family. Next to our relationship with the Lord, they are the most important thing in our lives and we treasure them and thank God for blessing us so abundantly!
What we believe:
We believe that God has called us to go into all the world to preach the Gospel...and use words only if necessary! It is amazing how much a simple SMILE says these days! Amen?!
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to God the Father Almighty according to the Word of God in John 14:6.
We also believe that the Christian life is anything but BORING! We believe that God's children should be the most joyful and excited people on the face of this earth.
We believe that there is a lost and hurting world all around us that is dying. We believe that we, as the born-again children of the Most High God, are called to be that "light" that shines THE LIGHT...and His name is Jesus Christ! When it is all said and done...it is all about JESUS Christ!
It is not about Baptist ways, Methodist ways, Pentecostal ways, etc...it is all about...JESUS! Amen and AMEN!
We are always looking for opportunities to share the excitement that knowing Jesus Christ as Lord brings!
We thank the Lord for using us for His glory and consider it an honor to serve Him! We feel that it is the least that we can do after all the Lord has done for us.
